How fit do you need to be?

Fitness is a relative term. Relative to the people involved and relative
to the challenge undertaken. All challenge events, be they mountain
treks or cycle rides, require a certain level of fitness, however, that
needn’t mean equivalent to professional athlete standard. What’s more important is a willingness to take on board the challenge and do what it takes, in terms of training, in order to be fit for it.

Everyone who enters the challenge will receive an information pack, full of training advice, recommendations, tips and guidelines of how to prepare for the challenge ahead.
